Why can’t I access Einstein website and the app Meu Einstein?
For safety reasons, the page with test results at “Einstein.br" and the application “Meu Einstein” were blocked for access in some specific countries. It is a contingency measure while we work on providing easier and faster access to test results
How can I access the test results before I travel?
You can have access to the printed version (report and images) at the reception desk of the Diagnostic Medicine Unit.
How can I access the test results being in another country?
Send an e-mail to ajuda@einstein.br letting us know which test results you need. To speed things up, please send us a selfie holding your passport opened on the personal information page. Our team will contact you within 48 hours.
