Designed for athletes and individuals who engage in physical activities, the program brings together sports medical evaluation, nutritional guidance, physiotherapy follow-up, and personalized training sessions with a physical trainer. Developed by Einstein, the service aims to improve performance, prevent injuries, and increase safety in sports practice. Each stage is planned in an integrated way, according to individual goals and needs

Service Models Offered

There are two options. Explore the benefits of each:

Semiannual Program

  • two consultations with a physician specialized in sports medicine*, at the beginning and at the end of the program
  • four sessions with a physical trainer, distributed between the beginning and the end of the program
  • four sessions with a nutritionist, distributed between the beginning and the end of the program
  • two sessions with a physical therapist, at the beginning and at the end of the program
  • 24 individual sessions, once a week, with a physical trainer at the Einstein Sports and Rehabilitation Center

Annual Program

  • three consultations with a physician specialized in sports medicine*, at the beginning, mid-point, and end of the program
  • six sessions with a physical trainer, at the beginning, mid-point, and end of the program

  • six sessions with a nutritionist, at the beginning, mid-point, and end of the program
  • 48 individual sessions, once a week, with a physical trainer at the Einstein Sports and Rehabilitation Center

How It Works

The Comprehensive Sports Health Program is structured into six stages:

  • Initial assessment

    Consultation with a sports physician for clinical evaluation, analysis of training habits, and goal setting

  • Training plan development

    The physical trainer designs the exercise plan according to individual goals, with a technical and functional focus

  • Weekly training

    In-person sessions with technical supervision to strengthen muscles, improve movement, prevent injuries, and enhance conditioning

  • Sports nutrition

    A nutrition plan defined by a nutritionist, focused on performance, recovery, and body composition

  • Physical therapy support

    Assessment and guidance from a physical therapist to prevent or treat muscle imbalances, as well as optimize recovery

  • Ongoing monitoring

    Progress tracking with feedback and continuous adjustments to ensure long-lasting results

In-person Training

Physical training takes place at the Einstein Sports and Rehabilitation Center, with technical supervision in a structured environment. The program prioritizes the development of strength, mobility, and body control, focusing on the participants’ individual sports goals
