The training sessions consider the participant's fitness level, personal goals, and specific needs. The coach develops an individualized plan that is frequently adjusted based on feedback and the participant's progress. This plan is provided in spreadsheets and accessible through the Training Peaks app, which also allows direct communication with the coach
What is the frequency and duration of the in-person trainings?
The in-person training sessions of the Running Advisory are held five times a week, lasting two hours each. They take place at the following locations and times:
- Parque do Ibirapuera: Monday to Thursday, from 6 am to 8 am
- Parque Villa-Lobos: Tuesday and Thursday, from 6 am to 8 am
- Universidade de São Paulo (USP): Saturdays, from 6 am to 9 am
