What is my login and password to view test results?
Access your test results on the website exames.einstein.br or download the Meu Einstein app. For test results or to recover your login and password on the website, go to: exames.einstein.br > forgot my password. Enter your CPF or medical record number, password, and the characters from the highlighted image. If you have questions and/or trouble with access, contact the Contact Center at +55(11)2151-1233 or +55(11)3620-2550. To change the email or phone number in your registration, you will need to send photo identification documents of the patient/legal guardian for validation
Can I share my login and password with my doctor?
This is not recommended. For security reasons, the best way is to select the "share" option within the Meu Einstein app. This way, only the tests you want are sent to your doctor's office email. You can download the Meu Einstein app from the Apple Store or Play Store.
Is the patient now responsible for printing the test results and taking them to the doctor?
The availability of online test results on the Internet was developed precisely to avoid wasting time, transportation, paper, and ink. Thus, it is recommended not to print, but to share the results with your doctor. This is very simple to do:
From the Meu Einstein app:
- Select "my exams"
- Choose the period
- Click on the exam you want to share (box on the left)
- Select the icon in the upper left corner
- Define for how many days you want the information to remain shared
- Click "share"
- Select "email"
- Enter your doctor's email address
From the Einstein.br website:
- Select "test results"
- Enter your login and password provided to you at they Einstein reception
Isn't it a patient's right to have access to their tests? Shouldn't digitizing them be optional?
Yes, it is the patient's right to access their tests. Therefore, results are available online, either through the Meu Einstein app or the Einstein.br website, allowing the patient to view them in full. For example, tomography or MRI tests can generate about two thousand images, making it impractical to print them all. Thus, laboratories that do not provide exams online print only selected images, limiting the patient's access to part of the procedures.
It is worth noting that Einstein patients can access their exams in the cloud in two ways:
- Through the Meu Einstein app
- Through the website: Einstein.br (select "Test Results")
Can I archive test results from external laboratories in my exam portal?
Yes, please contact the "Report Closing – Morumbi" at: +55(11)2151-5514
